Why we ship from the supplier
We do not hold stock in a warehouse. Here is exactly what that means for what you pay and how long you wait.

We are a small shop. We do not rent a warehouse, and we do not pretend to. Orders are placed with the supplier who makes the product, and the parcel goes from their warehouse to your door.
That arrangement has real consequences, and you should know them before you order rather than after.
What it means for delivery
Standard delivery is 8 to 18 business days door to door. That is the whole journey: our processing, the supplier's, and the shipping itself. It is slower than a domestic warehouse and we are not going to describe it as "fast".
Everything ships with tracking. You get the number by email, and the link in that email shows where the parcel actually is.
What it means for the price
Shipping is a flat $8.95 rather than free. Free shipping is never free — it is priced into the product. We would rather show you the number.
What it means when something goes wrong
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything. Write to info@lumeroza.com and a person reads it.
The honest trade-off: you wait longer than you would with a large retailer, and in exchange the range is chosen rather than algorithmic, and the price is not padded to cover a warehouse we do not have.
