This policy explains what we collect, why, and who else sees it. It describes what this site actually does — including the advertising trackers, which most policies bury.
Who we are. Lumeroza, an online store. Contact: info@lumeroza.com.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. We need all of it to deliver the order.
We never see your card number. Card details are entered on a payment page hosted by Stripe and never touch our servers. We receive only the last four digits, the card brand, and whether the payment succeeded.
When you browse: pages viewed, products viewed, and what you add to your cart. This is kept in a cookie so your basket survives a refresh.
If you sign up for email: your email address, and nothing else.
Advertising and analytics
We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and on TikTok. To know which adverts actually lead to sales, this site loads tracking pixels from both:

These pixels set cookies and share the events above with Meta and TikTok, who may match them to your account on their own platforms and use them to build advertising audiences. That processing is governed by their policies, not ours:
When they load. These pixels currently load for every visitor, as soon as the page opens — we do not yet show a cookie banner, so you are not asked first. We are telling you that plainly rather than implying a choice you were never given. If you are in the UK or EU and you would rather we did not, email us and we will confirm removal of what we hold.
How to stop it. Use your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker, turn on "Do Not Track"/GPC, or adjust your ad preferences directly with Meta and TikTok. You can also email us and we will confirm what we hold about you.
Who else receives your data
We share the minimum needed to actually run the shop:
- Stripe — to take payment and process refunds
- Our fulfilment partner (CJ Dropshipping) — receives your name, address, and phone number, because the parcel cannot be delivered otherwise
- Resend — sends your order confirmation and shipping emails
- Meta and TikTok — as described above
- Our hosting provider — stores the site and its database
We do not sell your personal data, and we never have.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, to remember your basket, and for the advertising pixels above. Blocking cookies entirely will break sign-in and checkout.
How long we keep things
Order records are kept for 7 years, because tax and accounting rules require it. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. A cart you never checked out stays until you clear it or ask us to — we do not currently expire them on a schedule.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your data (except order records we must keep for tax)
- send you a copy of your data
- stop using your data for marketing
Email info@lumeroza.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not ask you why.
If you are in the UK or EU, our lawful bases are: contract (to fulfil your order), legitimate interests (to run and secure the shop), consent (marketing email, which you opt into yourself), and legal obligation (tax records). Advertising cookies currently load without a consent prompt, as described above; we are working on that. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This shop is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date below. Material changes will be announced on the site.
