These terms apply when you use https://lumeroza.com or buy from us. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders
Adding something to your basket does not reserve it. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.
We may decline or cancel an order — and will refund it in full — if:
- the item is out of stock at our supplier
- the price or description was clearly wrong
- we cannot ship to your address
- we believe the order is fraudulent
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars and exclude any import duty or tax your country charges on arrival. See Shipping & returns.
Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout. We do not store your card details. If your payment fails, no order is created.
We try hard to keep prices and stock accurate, but this is a small shop and errors happen. Where an item is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we will contact you before charging you, and you may cancel.
Products
Product photographs are supplied by our manufacturers. Colours vary between screens, and small differences in finish or packaging are normal. Sizes are as given by the manufacturer and can run differently to what you are used to — check the measurements rather than the size label.
We do not claim any product is fit for a particular purpose beyond its ordinary use.
Delivery
Delivery times on Shipping & returns are estimates, not guarantees, because parcels cross borders and customs is outside anyone's control. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Returns
Your return rights are set out in Shipping & returns: 30 days from delivery. Nothing in these terms removes statutory rights you have under the law where you live.
Accounts
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, to scrape it at scale, or to attempt to gain access to systems or data that are not yours. We may suspend access if you do.
Reviews
Reviews written by customers are their own opinions. Some reviews shown on product pages come from our supplier's platform rather than from buyers of this shop; those are labelled as such, because presenting them as our own customers' would not be true.
Our liability
We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, and for refunding you when we do not. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profit, lost time, or missed occasions — arising from a late or failed delivery.
Our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Intellectual property
The site design, text, and layout belong to Lumeroza. Product images belong to their respective manufacturers. Do not copy the site wholesale.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts sitting in Delaware have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protections of the mandatory consumer law where you live.
