How our 30-day returns work
What you can return, what it costs, and how long the refund takes — in plain terms.

Returns policies are usually written to be technically accurate and practically useless. Here is ours in plain terms.
The window
30 days from delivery, not from order. If the parcel took three weeks to arrive, your 30 days start when it lands.
What you can return
Anything, in a condition you would accept yourself, with the packaging where possible. We do not require the original box to be unopened — you cannot tell whether a toy suits a child without opening it.
Two exceptions, for hygiene: items that go in the mouth, and worn baby clothing, unless they arrived faulty. If they arrived faulty, they are covered like anything else.
Faulty items
If something arrives broken, damaged or not as described, send a photograph to info@lumeroza.com. We do not ask you to post a broken item back at your own cost.
What it costs
There are no restocking fees. For a fault or a wrong item, the return is on us. For a change of mind, return postage is yours.
How long the refund takes
Once the return is agreed, refunds go back to the original payment method. Stripe typically takes five to ten business days to show it on a statement, which is Stripe's timeline rather than ours.
Cash on delivery
Where cash on delivery was used, refunds are made by bank transfer, and we will ask you for the details in writing.
The formal version is on the Shipping & returns page. If the two ever disagree, tell us — the policy page is the one that counts, and a mismatch is a bug.

Why we ship from the supplier
We do not hold stock in a warehouse. Here is exactly what that means for what you pay and how long you wait.

Choosing a first magnetic tile set
Piece count matters less than magnet strength and how well a set survives being stood on. What we look at before stocking one.

Remote-control cars for under-sixes
Most RC cars are designed for adults and sold to children. The difference shows up in the controller, not the car.
