1. Overview
This website is operated by Zaina Omar for Online Selling (Sole Establishment), Al Barsha 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Lumeroza”, “we”, “us”). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to purchase from this store. Our products are consumer goods sold for personal use; you may not resell them commercially without our written consent.
3. Products and descriptions
We do our best to display our products and their colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows colours exactly. Product images are illustrative. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a product, or refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Age guidance and safety
Many of our products are toys and carry an age recommendation. Please follow the age guidance and any warnings on the packaging. Some items contain small parts and are not suitable for children under three. Adult supervision is advised. Products containing batteries or lighting should be used as instructed.
5. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order where a product has been listed at a manifestly incorrect price.
6. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods. We may cancel an order at any time before dispatch and will refund you in full if we do.
7. Shipping and returns
Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
