Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping is a flat $7.99 per order, charged once at checkout no matter how many items you buy.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing. Most orders arrive toward the earlier end of that window. Because our products are shipped directly from our supplier warehouses, delivery times can vary with customs and carrier volume, particularly during peak seasons.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to show its first movement.

Split shipments

If your order contains several items they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You are still charged the single $7.99 flat rate, and you will receive tracking for each parcel.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; a second shipment may be chargeable.

Delays and lost parcels

If your order has not arrived within 30 calendar days of dispatch, contact us at aomarab@outlook.com and we will trace it with the carrier and either resend or refund it.

Duties and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars. Any import duties or taxes that may apply are not included in the price and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
