Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If you are not, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

What can be returned

To be eligible, an item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with any tags or seals intact. Please keep the receipt or order confirmation.

What cannot be returned

  • Items that have been used, washed, assembled or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Gift cards and clearance items marked final sale
  • For hygiene reasons, opened teething toys, pacifiers and similar mouth-contact items, unless faulty

How to start a return

Email aomarab@outlook.com with your order number and, if the item is faulty or damaged, a photograph. We will confirm whether your return is accepted and send you the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us — returns sent without authorisation cannot be processed.

Return shipping costs

If the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we cover the return cost and there is nothing for you to pay. If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the cost of return shipping is yours.

Damaged or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if anything is defective, damaged or incorrect, and we will put it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post the funds. Original shipping charges, where any were paid, are not refunded unless the item was faulty.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange something is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they are dispatched. Email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to stop the shipment.
